All About Me

I graduated from Webster High School in 1996.  I then attended SDSU and DSU earning BS degrees in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education in May 2001.  

I married my high school sweetheart Jason and we both got teaching jobs at Wagner Community School and have been teaching here for 7 years. 

We moved to Wagner right after graduation in 2001.  Jason is currently teaching 4th grade and I am teaching 1st grade.  We are both coaches for the Raiders.  Jason is the new head football coach and assistant track coach.  I am currently the assistant volleyball coach.  We keep very busy and we both love it in Wagner.

During our seven years here at Wagner we have added a beautiful daughter Madisyn Diane (2 years)  and an adorable son Gannon Metz (8 months) to our family.  And of course I can't leave out our first baby Bailey, our 7 lb. miniature poodle.
